Hotfix for Supporter Pack

Apparently we had a small issues with the supporter pack.
Hotfix:
Starting the game with the supporter pack no longer causes enemies to not drop any soulstones or items
Starting the game with the Fox Pet unlocked no longer locks you in the main menu
